Registration for the Optimist Team Cup 2018
(October 25th to October 28th 2018)
Teams must be registered no later than October 1st, 2018.
The total number of teams is limited to 16 with only one team per nation eligible to enter (with the exception of the host team from the Potsdamer Yacht Club and a second team from the winning nation of last years optimist team cup) .
You also have the possibility of just enrolling a team at the moment and to provide the informations on sailors, accompanying adults, accommodation wishes, boats and travel wishes at a later time point (no later than October 1st, 2017).
Entry fee will be 350.00 EUR per team with 5 sailors and 280.00 EUR per team with 4 sailors.
Note that there will now be 3 days of sailing (Friday to Sunday) instead of 2 (Saturday/Sunday) as in the past years .
The entry fee will include breakfast at the PYC club house on Friday and Saturday morning, lunch bags on the water on Friday and Saturday, a social event including a warm meal on Saturday evening and crepes and pizza before the prize giving ceremony on Sunday afternoon.
For the sailors we offer accommodation at families of the Potsdamer Yacht Club including transfer from/to the club and breakfast from Thursday to Sunday. For capacity reasons teams members may by allocated to two different families.
Charter for ribs is 95.00 EUR/day (gasoline 1.80 EUR/l and deposit of 200.00 EUR).
All payments have to be made free of charge or in cash at the registration desk at the Potsdamer Yacht Club on Thurday, October 25th 2018.
